Presidents' Message:

We’re excited to kick off another amazing year at Dolvin Elementary! This year brings a new chapter as our Foundation and PTA have united to form one organization—your Dolvin PTO. By combining our efforts, we can better align our goals and enhance the support we provide to our students, families, and staff.

This streamlined approach will allow you to continue enjoying all the events and programs you love—academic enrichment, family engagement, and staff support—with even greater impact.

Joining the PTO through a family membership gives you access to free or discounted admission to events throughout the year and through our Direct Giving program, your contributions directly fund these enriching experiences.

We appreciate any support you can offer. Together, we can make Dolvin the very best place for our children to learn, grow, and thrive.

Welcome To Our NEW Organization!

Parents,

We are excited to announce that we will be using Membership Toolkit for our main Website, Directory, Online Sales, and Communications.
We invite you to check out everything our PTO has to offer.  Once you create a Membership Toolkit Account, you will be able to; join the PTO for the current school year, access calendar events, get links to volunteer and other forms, make purchases, and much more.  

This site may also be used to become a business partner!  

If you are already a Membership Toolkit user all you have to do is visit the new pages. Don't forgot to download the app! Get calendar and event updates in real time!

If you are new, here's what you need to do: 

• Click on the Register/Login button.
• If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
• Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
• Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
• Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process. 

1. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.
2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
3. Once these forms are complete, you will be presented with forms for PTA Membership and Spirit Wear.  All of your Back-to-School needs in one convenient place! 

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account.  This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
